What is your Cancellation Policy?2019-05-17T08:46:51-05:00

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation of a booking.

If we are not notified 24 hours before 10:30 am on the first day of your booking or if no notice is given at all, you will be charged the first day booking fee plus tax.

Where do we check in and what if we are arriving late?2019-05-17T08:41:55-05:00

Check-In is located next door at our Buckeye Surf store.  If you are arriving late (after 6pm and the store is close) you must contact us so that we can leave your suite key in the lock-box.  Please call us at 1 (855) 738-9283.

How much is the Security Deposit and how does it work?2019-05-17T10:28:07-05:00

A Security Deposit is taken on your credit card as a pre-authorization payment at the time of check-in.  This is a requirement for all bookings.

You are responsible for any damage that occurs to the unit, or if someone smokes in the unit.  The pre-authorization is cancelled when you check out and the unit is in the same condition as when you checked in.

Each River View unit (7, 8, 9, 10 & 4) have a private patio or balcony for your use.

The waterfront lawn area is available to all of our guests.  This includes lawn patio set, lawn chairs & bbq.

Fishing is allowed from the docks in the designated areas.

What are the Check-In and Check-Out times?2019-05-17T08:47:41-05:00

You can check in any time after 3:00 pm.  Check-In is located next door to Buckeye Centre at Buckeye Surf.  If you will arrive after 6pm, please let us know so we can leave your key in the lockbox for you and we will check you in the next morning.  Please call 1 (855) 738-9283.
