Booking Agreement

The name on the booking must be at least 21 years of age and must present a valid driver’s license and credit card in person at the time of arrival.
Check-In Time is 3:00 pm.
Check-Out Time is 10:00 am.
Late check-in can be arranged. If you are arriving to our hotel after 6pm on the day of your check-in you must make arrangements ahead of time by calling our store (855)738-9283 and we will assist with the late check in process. If you arrive after 6pm and have not made arrangements for late check in you can call 705-738-7147 (Dave the manager). Please do your best to make the late check in arrangements ahead of time.
Please proceed to the Buckeye Surf store located next to Buckeye Centre when you arrive to check-in.

Booking Cancellations and Security Deposits

***NOTE CHANGES TO CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE 2026 SEASON***

At the time of booking the customer is required to pay a booking deposit valued at 1 night of their stay. ** 1 night’s stay is calculated using peak season rates.
We require at least 2 weeks’ notice (prior to 10am the first day of your reservation) for cancellation of a booking to obtain a full refund. Booking deposits may be used as a credit toward future stays if a cancelation is made between the times of 2 weeks to 48 hours before the booking. Booking deposits are non-refundable and cannot be applied to a future booking if a customer fails provide 48 hours cancelation notice from the time of check in, or does not show up for the booking. We do not offer partial refunds if customers decide to depart prior to their booked check out day.
When you check in, a $200 incidentals/damage/cleaning pre-authorization will be processed on your credit card at time of check-in and held for the duration of your stay. This value applies to the majority of rooms; Lake House Suites will be a value of $500. The pre-authorization will be released after you check out, once our staff has had time to inspect the room. If damages exceed the pre-authorized amount you as the customer are still liable for the balance of the damage charge. Smoking is not permitted in our rooms and will result in the loss of your damage deposit.

Rates for units 4, 7,8 and 9 are for double occupancy. Rooms 6 and 10 are for a 4 person occupancy. In the previously mentioned rooms an additional two guests are permitted at a cost of $15 a person, per night. There is no additional charge for children under the age of 12, but children do count towards room maximum occupancy, which cannot be exceeded. Lakehouse Suites A and B are based on a 6 person occupancy, with no additional guests permitted.
If you would like to dock your boat, please note that on your booking form and we will contact you to ensure we have space. Docking fees are $10 per day or $50 per week.
Buckeye Centre is proud to be pet friendly. One pet per unit is allowed, a $20 charge is applied for units 4,6,7,8,9,10 and $50 per stay for Lakehouse unit A and B will be charged for pet cleaning. We ask that pets be on a leash while walking the property, guests clean up after their pets, and pets are not left alone in the rooms while you are not on the property.We also ask you to use your own discretion when planning to bring your pet. Keep in mind you will be sharing the property with other guests during your stay. If you know that your pet is not good with other animals, people, or children we respectfully ask that you do not bring them along during your stay.
